An Afternoon Flight With A Passenger

On a random Wednesday afternoon in early August, I asked my buddy Chris if he wanted to go fly with me. I had no destination in mind, just wanted to get up in the air, perform a few landings to renew my currency, and enjoy the skies. Chris and I took off from Monroe, flew the quick flight to Lancaster (LKR), over to Pageland (PYG), and back to Monroe (EQY). The flight wasn’t super long, but I was able to let Chris fly a little in cruise and I practiced a few stalls. Chris was very good on the controls. He had never flown before but had quite some experience in a hobbyist-style home flight simulator. It was a great time and I think Chris enjoyed it as well.
